Assessement
Site Feasibility
First step (only in San Diego City and LA County) is our site assessment. We will meet you on the desired property and take measurements while comfirming required set backs, access and utility locations. There is a $500 fee for this option. We will generate an ariel plan with all the inputs. This options is not necessary however most customers want to know all the variables prior to design.
Design
3D Design
Next step of your Tiny Home journey will be our 3D design program. We use 3D designers to create a digital rendering of the home we are going to build with you.
Paying for your 3D design also holds your spot on our "Build List"
Build
Purchase Agreement
After your 3D design program is finished, we will create a Timeline and put together the purchase agreement for your new Tiny Home. You will then place your deposit and we will begin to build your home!
