Yes, of course. All of our homes are available with third-party certification through an ANSI-accredited agency and are designed to meet applicable guidelines and requirements for placement in San Diego and Los Angeles County, where permitted.

We build our homes to RVIA and NOAH standards. If your local jurisdiction allows a Tiny Home on Wheels to have the suspension removed and be installed on a permanent foundation, we can assist with that process.

If you choose to proceed without permits, that decision is entirely up to you. In that case, we would simply deliver the THOW to your property, and any foundation work, suspension removal, or installation beyond delivery would be your responsibility.

Our standard pre-designed homes are typically completed within 90 days of deposit. Custom projects generally require an additional 4–6 weeks, depending on the scope and level of customization. Some models are available immediately.

THOWs can be shipped to Hawaii and transported anywhere in the United States, subject to all required transportation permits and applicable state and local requirements.

Our homes feature heavy-duty USA-made trailers built in Texas, USA-made windows and doors, fire-rated roofing and eaves, fire-retardant exterior wall systems, mold-resistant drywall throughout the home, copper plumbing, all the wall and roof framing exceeds California's building code and many other premium materials selected for durability and long-term performance.

At a minimum, our homes are built to applicable ANSI A119.5 and NOAH Dwelling Standard requirements.

We typically build Tiny Homes ranging from 24 to 38 feet in length, with a focus on the affordable luxury market—premium materials, thoughtful design, and high-end finishes without the unnecessary excess. But of course we can always make a budget friendly home if we are in the ball park.

We have many finance options. Chattel loans that require 15-20% down for homes that do not require zoning or regulatory requirements. We also have traditional loans available (VA, FHA, Traditional) for homes permitted as ADUs. Heloc/ Cash out refinance for homeowners is a typical approach as well. Many people also pay cash for their THOWs.
