    Are your Tiny Homes able to be Certifiedtified?

    Yes of course. All our homes come with this option by an ANSI Accredited Agency. This includes Guidelines set forth by San Deigo and LA County

    What if I want my Tiny Home on a foundation?

     

    We build to RVIA and NOAH standards so as long as your County allows THOW's to have the suspension removed and mounted on a foundation then we can assist you with that no problem. If you choose to do it without permitting that is your decision as well, however we will simply deliver the THOW to your residence and that would be for your to do on your own.

    How long does it take to build a tiny home?

    90 days after deposit for our Pre-designed homes, 4-6 weeks longer for Custom Projects.

    Do you ship your tiny homes throughout the US and HIwaii?

     

     

    The buyer is required to hire a shipping or towing company for delivery. We will assist you in this. But yes THOW's can be shipped to HI and towed anywere in the USA with the required transportation permits.

    Can I see your tiny home floor plans, view your models in person, and get a quote?

    Yes! Please fill out our Buyers Application and we will set an appointment.

    Are your tiny homes quality built? 

    Yes!. In fact it goes WAY beyond other builders. Having been the former head of operations at one of the largest home builders it alwasy bothered our CEO that corners wer cut, cheap materials were used. WE do not do that. All of our homes have USA made trailers from the great state of Texas that far exceed loads, USA windows and doors, Fire rated roofing and Eves, Fire retardant exterior walls, Mold free drywall in the whole house, COPPER plumbing (no need to worry about plastic failing in the walls). And much more.. At minimum We build to the ANSI A11-9.5 and Noah Dwellng Standard.

    How big can you build a tiny home?

     

    We typically build Tiny Homes between 24ft- 33ft long,.. We are strictly in the affordable Luxury space.

    What are my tiny home financing options?

    The best way to finance a tiny home is always cash. We require a 65% downpayment to start any new construction project.

    Traditional bank loans, personal loans, & RV loans are the most common loans we see. *If you need help obtaining financing, please let us know during your 3D Design Program so we can help you put together a finance plan.

    Yes absolutely. First you must fill our our Buyers Application below. Then we can have the appropriate team member call you.
